South Indian cities are most preferred for Indian and international travellers

The report recommended that during the first half of 2019,cities, for example, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Kochi, and Chennai were the most preferred. The north Indian destinations that topped the list were New Delhi, Jaipur, and Agra.

For domestic Indian travellers, Indian destinations such as Amritsar and Agra have now been replaced by other Indian destinations such as Coimbatore and Varanasi. The report reflects the number of bookings that travellers made for their Indian travel between January 1 and June 30, 2019.

The quickest developing cities indicated by the survey were Rishikesh, Varanasi, Tiruchchirappalli, Nedumbassery, and Munnar, during the main portion of this current year.
